I’m so excited to finally share with all of you that I’ve opened an Etsy shop! I feel like this post is perfectly appropriate as my 200th post here on Life in Wanderlust. I’ve been toying with this idea for months now and finally decided to go for it a few weeks ago!
In addition to just being a travel lover in general, as some of you know, my first job out of college was with Delta Airlines as a Japanese Interpreter. There, I started obsessing over airport codes and always loved the fun airport code bumper stickers people would don on their cars and suitcases.
Then I thought, why not make them myself? How fun is it to share where you’ve been, where you’re from or where you’d like to go?
I went back and forth between pins, patches, magnets and stickers/decals but landed on the most simple, classic and versatile: stickers/decals. Who knows, if a lot of people share my affinity for airport codes, maybe I’ll add some variety to the product line!
Anyway, they’re here, they’re cute, they’re versatile, they’re giftable and I’m just so excited (can you tell?). I’ve always wanted a little shop selling things I designed and love so yay for checking off that box!
Currently, I have LAX (Los Angeles), PDX (Portland) and JFK (New York City) available. SEA (Seattle) is in production and will be available by the end of April! If you have any airport code recommendations or request, email me or leave a comment below!
