Travel Itinerary 2016

Lucky are those who have their travel plans all lined up for this year but I’m definitely not one of them! I have some rough ideas but most of them are not set in stone. However, I’ve had a lot of people asking me what my year will look like so I’ve made my best attempt to introduce where I will most likely be visiting throughout 2016.

Any location with an asterisk is definite, others are tentative. If you have any recommendations regarding any of the places, please shoot me an e-mail or leave a comment as I would so appreciate them!

Without further ado, here’s my 2016 travel itinerary:

January:
Bellingham, Washington* (Click here)

February:
Chicago, Illinois*
San Diego, California*

March:
Seattle, Washington*
Tokyo, Japan*

April:
Kyoto, Japan*
Athens, Greece

May:
Palm Springs, California*
Napa Valley, California

June:
San Francisco, California

July:
Las Vegas, Nevada*

August:
Seattle, Washington*

September:
Boston, Massachusetts*

October:
Solvang, California

November:
Orlando, Florida
Maui, Hawaii

Again, the destinations with an asterisk is definitive. The others are still tentative and subject to change.

I would love to know where 2016 will take you – or hoping will take you! Feel free to share or leave a link if you have a post as well!

As always, Instagram is my main platform and I would love for you to follow along. Click here!

Happy and safe travels, everyone!

Wow that is quite a travel list! I'd be exhausted by the end of the year if we did all of that. Hope you have fun on your travels #MondayEscapes

Aww! I definitely suggest and highly recommend visiting Tokyo when your little one is a bit older! I was born and raised there so I may be biased but it really is a wonderful place! πŸ™‚ Thank you so much for stopping by! xo

I LOVE San Francisco too! Sometimes I feel like I'm more a SF girl than an LA girl! I'm excited that you enjoyed Maui and Boston, can't wait to visit! Thank you so much for stopping by! xo

Fantastic list. We visited Japan a couple of years ago and it was mind-blowing. This is inspiring me to map out my 12 months more specifically!

Hi! Yes, Japan is amazing – where did you end up staying/visiting in Japan? Aw, I'm glad I was able to inspire you! I'm kind of OCD so I figured I would share if I was going to do it anyway πŸ™‚ Thanks for stopping by! xo

Oh my! Your schedule is so tight! I have not a lot of concrete plans right now. I have been to Ensenada and San Diego already (not so bad for the first month of the year). I am planning a trip to Palm Springs this month and I may start to plan a late spring trip to Spain later this month.

Great travel plans!! And what a coincidence, I will be in Athens at the end of April πŸ˜€
I hope you make them all, if not, add other ones. My plans change all the time, there are always so many options! I'm not gonna lie, I would love to include the US this year, I miss it πŸ˜€

Thank you for sharing your travel plans for 2016 on #MondayEscapes

Hi Ruth! I know, I'm hoping it won't get me too exhausted! Ensenada and San Diego are awesome, super jealous! I can't wait to hear about Palm Springs as I'm going there for the first time in May! Isn't it awesome to live in SoCal? We can "travel" to a completely different place but within the state! πŸ™‚ Thanks for stopping by as always! xo

I missed the post on Monday Escapes but saw your tweet about Chicago! I have a few tips here: aspectsofstyle.com/2013/09/02/chicago/ and I do have lots of tips about Boston as I spent 9 months there (this way aspectsofstyle.com/tag/Boston/) and if you do happen to come to Athens then I have many suggestions for you as I live here!
